- I may ask questions or request additional references if something is unclear.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel I cannot properly fulfill the request.

- Major changes requested after the sketch has been approved may require an additional fee.
- Changes caused by incorrect or missing references may also require an additional charge.✦ Payment- Payment must be completed according to the commission listing before I begin working.
- I will not start the commission until the required payment has been received.
- Additional fees may apply for extra characters, complicated designs, detailed backgrounds, or other requested additions.✦ Commercial UsePersonal use is included unless otherwise stated.Commercial use, merchandise, promotional use, or other business-related purposes must be discussed beforehand and may require an additional fee.✦ Copyright & UsageI retain the copyright to my artwork.You may:- Use the finished artwork for personal purposes.
- Post it on your social media with proper credit.
- Use it as a profile picture, banner, or similar personal use.You may NOT:- Claim the artwork as your own.
- Remove my signature or watermark.
- Sell, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Use my artwork for AI training or NFT-related purposes without my explicit permission.✦ Artist RightsI reserve the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, social media, and other art galleries unless the client requests privacy beforehand.NSFW commissions may be posted with appropriate censorship or previews.✦ Refunds & CancellationsRefunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the progress of the commission.If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive an appropriate refund depending on the amount of work already completed.Once the final artwork has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.✦ Final Note ♡Thank you so much for supporting my art!I want commissions to be a fun experience for both of us.
